Shipping
Shipping charges for the lower 48 states is already included in the basic pricing. To obtain shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please call 954-467-9994, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time.
Accepted forms of payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you wish to mail your order, we can accept personal or business checks in addition to money orders and bank checks. Please make your checks payable to N.A.F.L.F.D., Inc., and mail to 2620 Alamanda Court, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.
When will my order ship?
Orders received prior to 5PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipping the next day. For overnight or 2-Day service we recommend calling out office at 954-467-9994, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time. Your credit card will not be charged if we are out of stock. If we are out-of-stock, you will receive an email as to the approximate date your order will be shipped.
When will my purchase arrive?
Standard ground shipping usually arrives anywhere between 2 and 7 working days.
Our Return Policy
We offer a 30-day no questions asked return policy. However, items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped. Please return all materials to: N.A.F.L.F.D., Inc., 2620 Alamanda Court, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 with a brief note explaining why you are returned the goods. In addition, we’ll need the credit card number and expiration date for the card you would like credited.
